OPEN RACE

Race rules

Draft. These terms are a placeholder and have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to take part in real-stakes games of chance where you live. Access is refused in jurisdictions where it is prohibited. You are responsible for respecting your local laws.

How the race works

Every player can put any amount of $GALLOP on their horse, once or several times. When entries close, a winner is drawn with a chance equal to their stake divided by the pot. The winner receives the pot minus 2%, which is burned on-chain. The race shown on screen replays that result. A race that cannot be drawn is void and every stake is returned.

Your balance

$GALLOP deposited to Gallop is held in the house vault and credited to your balance. You can withdraw it to the wallet you signed in with at any time, subject to network availability. The house pays the withdrawal network fee.

Fairness

Outcomes that depend on chance are generated with a provably fair scheme that you can check on the verification page.

Risk

$GALLOP is a volatile memecoin with no intrinsic value. You can lose everything you stake. Only play with what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop.
